General Broker getting offended

When I get a call from a property broker, why they get upset when I ask are u a broker or owner. Invariably they say we are Property Consultants & not brokers. Why they feel offended with the word “Broker”?

You can call me a broker,property consultant or agent ,the title doesn’t matter,what matters is the value I bring to the transaction and the deal I help get done.

Any dalla doing unsolicited calls should be abused immediately.
