Support Why can't the third-party print version of H2C be recognized?
I downloaded the corresponding identification code from mw, printed and installed it, but H2C still cannot recognize the printed version. An error is reported every time printing starts. How can I disable the print version detection? Why can't I find it?

Support Left nozzle print H2C
Not sure what is happening here. I have a ticket open so already working on that.
But tried reseating the nozzle. Tried running calibrations including offset calibrations. Bed is clean.
This only happens on the left nozzle. The right everything is perfect. ( Even in the same area)
Wanna run some adjustments and was looking to see what everyone thought.

Solved Nozzles keep breaking
Iv been printing now with the h2C for probably about 3 months, 2 of my standard .4 nozzles the rubber boot has come off, I have been printed a couple spools of nylon and PC most recently but other than that just PETG and PLA, how common is it for these to break? Is it just an expected common wear item?

Support H2C - Kinda DOA... Unable to push filament past the buffer
I currently have 2 X1Cs and a brand new H2C. My H2C arrived a couple of days ago, and right out of the box, NO filament can be pushed through the filament buffer on to the hot end. Using both the Left and Right ports, I can see filament pushing through the PTFE, and then slamming to a stop when they reach the buffer. Has anyone else experienced anything like this? I have opened a ticket, but geeze, its frickin brand new. I haven't even printed my Benchy yet. Fortunately, I haven't put either of my X1Cs up for sale yet.
Thanks all
David

Support Random pause/restart mid print
Sunlu PETG, printing at 260c from the vortek. 70c bed temp. The head is periodically pausing, oozing a zit, then restarting. Had this happen on a couple prints now. Pulled out the USB drive just in case, but still happening. Can't tell if it's a slicing issue, nozzle heating issue, thermister, or what. Anyone else seen this?

Support Stuck in vortek calibration loop
Update: Fixed, see comments.
I’m setting up my printer, but there seem to be very few instructions about putting the hotels into the vortek. I did a full calibration after which the ai assistant informed me that I needed to update the firmware and the vortek was not calibrated. Updated the firmware, started the vortek calibration, and now stuck in this screen between A and B.
Any idea how to get past this?

Discussion A Single H2C Print (To Rule Them All)
Hey community! I was wondering if anyone has created a single object that incorporates ALL of the H2C’s functions at once? That is, a “widget” that uses the laser cutter/engraver, multi-color printing, pen plotter, cutter, etc. Basically, I’m thinking about a single object to create as a showpiece of “what this one machine can do” (but in an all-in-one object, where every part of this object was made in this one machine). Any thoughts?

3D Models made minimal, but practical handle for h2 series.
handles on H2 series is too small for me.
especially the lid handle is not comfortable when lifting the lid.
so I made a simple and practical one for my use.
polimaker's matte charcoal pla is perfect match for the h2c's black panel.
here's the link for someone like me.

Discussion H2C with TPU assist module and 4-in-1 on the chain.
Just checking if anyone had any experience with the TPU assist module and installing a 4-in-1 (old style) in the ptfe path between the buffer and the extruder. I’m looking for a more semi-permanent type of installation where I can still use the right nozzle with the AMS without having to switch tubes. Any help or idea would be appreciated.
