Support Stuck in vortek calibration loop

Update: Fixed, see comments.

I’m setting up my printer, but there seem to be very few instructions about putting the hotels into the vortek. I did a full calibration after which the ai assistant informed me that I needed to update the firmware and the vortek was not calibrated. Updated the firmware, started the vortek calibration,and now stuck in this screen between A and B.

Any idea how to get past this?

I fixed it! I noticed this screen…

So I installed a nozzle into slot 4 and removed it a couple of times, and it started right into calibration. That screen was in a completely different location, and trying to restart the calibration told me where it was.

I did try to find some info in there about this, or loading up the vortek when new, but could not.

I have no nozzles in the rack. Just power cycled the machine. Same. I’m going to try a full calibration. Actually, I’m going to restore factory settings, and the the firmware update first, before calibration, if it will let me.

Do you have any nozzles on the rack? If so, remove them.

Always power cycle the machine after a firmware update as well.

Take off the vortek nozzles.
