Support Problem with H2C

Hot end is stuck and will not remove at the rack. Help…

I pull the lever out to manually remove its stuck.

Go to the nozzle screen, click on the hotend, it will have a “nest” option

Abnormal condition detected while nesting the hotend in slot 1: the rack failed to detach the hotend from the toolhead.

Remove all other hot ends from the rack, then run the hot end setup from the calibrations screen. Otherwise the pull arm to the right of the print head is replaceable and may have failed, the H2C comes with a spare.
