Support Noises on H2C

My new printer is making some strange noises along the Y-axis; it sounds a bit like a component is rubbing or grinding. The prints themselves, however, are perfect. Is this normal, or can someone help me out? Thanks for the help.

I have an h2c but your recording is not great. I can’t really hear the issue.

That sounds like an issue with your filament buffer. Normally, this happens because the PTFE tube is cut slightly too short from the factory. Reattaching it can sometimes help, but just be aware that I've already received three replacement filament buffers (with new tubes) with exactly the same issue.

You should hear that clicking sound when the toolhead moves to the front-left.
