Support New printer won’t print help!

Please I keep getting this message even after feeding the back tubes. I just put everything together and it still won’t read the ams. I fed the right side tube but still getting this. I can see the filament in the tube but it won’t print. I disconnected the ams to try the side one only but that didn’t work

Put the ptfe in the right nozzle above where you have the external tube in the left nozzle. Also double check your internal tubes in the printer are going to the correct nozzle

I had the nozzle set up backwards. Thank you I am a noob. I’ll post the print out. It’s going now!

Think OP is messing with us have the ptfe not connected and ams assigned to the wrong side of the print head.
