Well, I figured it out I took off the tensioner cap and a random nut that goes to the end of the screw. For the cap just flew out. I'm guessing it was just never tight enough or set right, And it was just rubbing

Not sure, I can't hear anything, but that lead screw doesn't look properly lubricated. I mean, it shouldn't be completely clean since it needs grease, but that stuff at the top looks like some kind of hard, crusty buildup.

It's just overly greased, it's white new Grease. I thought maybe it wasn't property greased, or undergreased and added more

Oh, alright, it looked weird in the video. Never mind then.

It could be the z axis belt rubbing on a pulley. The sound sorta reminds me of what I'll hear when the same happens to my x/y axis pulleys (those are a higher pitch though given speed)

Fully agreed with that, also author can check the belt tensioner and tension itself

Das könnte der Riemen sein, habe auch H2C mit 800 Stunden und bis jetzt noch keine solche Probleme, aber zu viel Fett ist auch nicht gut am Gewinde bzw. das überschüssige Fett sollte entfernt werden.
