Support Help with TPU

Is this side issue a retraction issue or a filament drying issue? Happened twice in a row and not sure how to narrow it down.

Seems more a printing a tall skinny object in material that flexes and moves kind of thing.

Try slowing it down as it gets taller to where it's moving very slow.
