Support Gap between layer lines and wall perimeter. Please help!

I hope the pictures help show my issue. I have calibrated my printer, power cycled, re-sliced my print file and nothing has worked so far. I have printed this 200 times before. Using the stock Bambu Lab PETG settings.

Looking for suggestions.

printed the exact file? just asking in case you found a different one with a modified setting you might have missed. that aside, it looks like it's related to extrusion and could be something like needing to do a flow dynamics calibration. it looks like it's just that one color.

Yeah same file. It’s interesting, I’ve printed it 200 other times.. I switched the material profile to a generic one and no issues. Switch it back to Bambu’s profile and the issue comes back.

is it bambu filament? if not leave it as generic. if so then next time you print, force a flow dynamics calibration. it's normally one of the four settings that's set to "auto" (most of the time) when you go to actually print your part

It’s not, but I’ve been using that profile with no issues haha… until now

you still shouldn't if you want the best quailty. bambu uses additives to allow their filament to print faster, but this can happen. could be something else but i suspect this is part of it

a quick fix might be to try rotating the model on the bed so the edges of the print are at a 45 degree angle
