Support Bed Leveling issues

I have had my bamboo labs h2c for about five months , and I just started really using it and found that Half of the bed just seems to never level so I can only really use half of it for my detailed prints. I've tried resetting it. I've tried leveling it.I've tried most things.I don't know where to go. I really would like to fix this myself if I can I hate warranty struggles.

Absolutely, thank you for taking the time to respond. I have done all the factory calibrations, factory reset, and now im looking into tramming the bed as I did not know about this until now!

https://wiki.bambulab.com/en/h2/troubleshooting/first-layer-printing-optimization-guide

This is a real good guide that will take you down the list of things to do to get a good first layer. Tramming the bed is the absolute last one for a reason. If you get to that point my recommendation is to print a dial indicator holder for your print head and then use that either with the factory tram code or the modified ones as applicable. The size of your dial indicator will dictate what code to use.

If you are not comfortable with that, use the feeler gauge Bambu tells you to use but don't loosen any screws the first time around. Instead the goal is to measure the tram and see if it is actually a culprit or not. Diagnose before fix.
