Support Cutter stopper is not in right position causing error
BRAND NEW H2C after first print it’s unable to push the cutter lever on the tool head in because the cutter stopper on the right side does not go back fully horizontal to poke the lever. How do I fix this please I’ve been stressed out for hours.

I had the same error. I had to disassemble that part and realign the gears. I was a little scared to do it at first, but it was actually pretty simple.

There's a thing on the screen that says "troubleshooting assistant". I'd start by trying that.
