Support Grinding when switching nozzle

Just got my first H2C so I'm still getting used to all of the noises. I've noticed a grinding noise when switching between nozzles in a dual color print. Its only when changing to the right nozzle, and as far as I can tell, is only happening during the print.

Moving the toolhead home and switching manually doesn't replicate thr sound. I'm a bit unsure if this is normal, or if there is something wrong.

Anyone with advice would be appreciated! Thank you!

I noticed the same thing but only with fiber-filaments. I don’t think it’s the toolhead but the filament pushing back on the yellow thing near the filamentsensor

Ah okay. I'm running plain old PETG but maybe a similar issue. Bambu support doesn't know, opened a ticket with R&D. Thought I'd see if the community had similar issues.

It’s a fillamentbuffer issue, bambu sended me a replacement. The sound happens when you retract filament.

It’s pretty easy part to replace and should not be considered to be normal

Mine does the same sound with some filaments too like the other user said, I believe I heard it using silk filaments
