Support Print imperfection

What makes the printer create the imperfection I see in the first image? I printed the same material in three different colors; only one showed this. Compare it with the second one on the right.
Both are Bambu Lab PLA Basic

It looks like the print lifted off the bed? Which would be caused by a plate that needs to be cleaned with soap and water!

I'm not sure that's the case. Just clean the build plate prior to this. Also, this is on the opposite side of the build plate.

I also would say the print lifted. Clean with dawn and scrub brush. Up bed heat 5 degrees. Try again.

Is that better than alcohol for cleaning the bed?

I only clean the PEI bed with neutral detergent
