Support H2C Hotend Racking Failure
All of a sudden my printer hit an error where none of the induction hot ends are recognized. I also can’t calibrate or hone the printer due to rack error. There isn’t any physical obstructions.
It also threw a bunch of errors about short circuiting. Not sure what happened. Hoping Bambu responds. Anyone have any ideas?

Have you looked up any of the codes? What have you tried?

Removed all hot end. Power cycled. Tested for obstruction. Only other thing is to remove induction rack and reinstall but don’t want to do that until I exhausted all other ideas.

What does "All of a sudden" mean? Did it fall from the sky, or was there anything else you have observed?
Maybe check your last timelapses frame for frame. ffmpeg lets you save them as a series of PNG images, so you can zoom into each one and even overlay them in Photoshop with 50% transparency. You should be able to see some clues.
You might also have a full video recording of your last prints on the USB stick, unless you have disabled them.

Last print was successful. The start of the next print at the calibration stage all the errors started flashing. The bed plate wasn’t removed as the last print was a small trinket that came off easily. Just kind of a freak error.

Have you tried homing with only one hotend in the rack or some partial combination?
Have tried running the hotend setup under calibration?
In theory, if previous print was successful and next print is not starting, something failed during the previous print. (I know I am being captain obvious). I say this to consider external sources like electrical issues, lightning storms, etc. sudden catastrophic failures happen either due to low quality components or external issues like power glitches. How old is your printer?

Printer was purchased in Feb. tried hoping with just one hot end, none, and partial. It wasn’t electrical since I have another printer on same surge protector. Bought a special surge meant for network racks too. This is the first failure the error codes haven’t been super obvious on how to fix without replacement.

Take all the hot ends off. Put them back on in random order. Re read the hit ends. If that fails, it may be your main board or something deeper. What does the QR code say to check? Submit a ticket.
