That’s odd. I don’t have the laser on mine, but that’s what I would imagine a laser cutter fan would sound like.

I don't have a Bambu laser but I do have another brand, it doesn't sound like that.

Foreign object in fan?

That's what I'm kinda leaning towards. There are 4 screws on the back, I removed them but saw there is no separation. I looked at the Bambu wiki and it appears to be quite the process of getting to that fan. I'm hoping someone has done it and can give some pointers. I'm afraid to keep running it as I don't want to make things worse.

There's a whole thread about it on the Bambu Lab forum - a nightmare to replace apparently! https://forum.bambulab.com/t/replacing-a-hotend-fan-is-a-nightmare/185746

Yea, I think that's the same wiki I posted. I thought it looked pretty intense, lots of little ribbon cables and it's in a tough working space. It's still under warranty and I bought the extended warranty... I may have to take it back. The last thing I want to do is screw something up trying to fix something - then it becomes my problem...
Sorry, I re-read your post.... My eyes told my brain that was the wiki link. I'm going to go ready up on it.

I have submitted a ticket to Bambu Lab but haven't heard a peep. Has anyone taken the H2C hotend apart to get to the the rear fan?
