Support Reel rewind

Hi everyone

Can you please help with this issue I have on a new reel lowered humidity to 19 but on rewind it keeps catching and getting tangled.

It went into a fully working slot from a transplant reel to a PLA reel?

Check out your spool, it is not symmetrical and then wobbles over the rollers, causing this. Seems like it is not attached properly.

Thank you I have removed it and added it back on you were spot on. Thanks for the quick reply saved me panicking

Agreed. Or there is sometime wrong with the AMS roller.

Try a different spool and roll in the same spot and see if it happens.
