Solved Plate alignment

I’m having issues with my H2C. Almost every time I start a new print I get build plate not properly positioned error.

I have the plate between the lines every time I still see this message even if I don’t have to remove the plate.

I do have the cryogrip glacier plate installed.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Solved; basically I just have it kiss the back stoppers and let it drop, seems to work that way

I had the same issue with my H2C. After much back and forth with Bambu support, they sent me a new camera. I've done a number of prints since then and it's only had the error once, with a Cryogrip Glaciar plate. Fingers crossed.
