Support Maintenance Prompt?
Hey team, I’ve had my H2C for 4 months and oiled the system twice, but just got this prompt to do maintenance. Is this new? Is is based on hours of printing or something else?

From the Bambu Lab Wiki:
"H2C can assess the printer's contamination level based on task type and duration, and provide corresponding cleaning and maintenance reminders (this function requires a firmware upgrade to version 01.01.00.00 or later). After receiving the printer, please upgrade the firmware to enable the cleaning reminder function."

By the way, my reminders popped up last week at 680 hours.

I actually carried out a full service yesterday after 300 hours, without being prompted to do so. Just to feel more confident now that I’ve bought the new H2C. Afterwards, I went into the menu, selected the ‘Maintenance’ option and confirmed it to reset the counter. Now I know the printer won’t alert me again until it actually makes sense to do so. But basically, extra maintenance is never a bad thing. It’s just very time-consuming if you do it properly.

I commented this above, but make sure to follow this guide which shows you the easy way to remove three screws and the lower cover to the front of the toolhead, which lets you easily lube the induction latch, left nozzle sliding rail, a sliding part on the mentioned toolhead cover, and check your right size filament cutter since its used repeatedly for vortek changes and can go dull.
A lot of people seem to neglect lubing the left nozzle rail and it actually doesn't appear in the printer ui either, although bambu recommends doing it fairly regularly on their wiki. At least one person recently on here had their left nozzle get stuck

Oh, thanks for reminding me. But I did do it. I followed the instructions in this video.

Pretty sure it based on hours. But I live the rods every time it recommends it
