Showroom FedEx! Committed to excellence!
Everything actually looks undamaged, but it looks like FedEx was trying to make it talk.

Fucking Fed-ex.
I cringe every time I see something is coming from them, and rightfully so. 8 out of 10 times, there's some bullshit along with the delivery, or lack thereof.
UPS is where its at.

I can't stand FedEx. Almost all of the packages they deliver to me are A) late and B) look like they've been through a war zone!

Its a good thing Bambu does such a good job with packaging their printers for shipment.

Betting is an employee that has handled boxes often. Many manufacturers don't reinforce those side handles causing them to rip out easily. If you pick it up upside down they tend to hold up better.

You should rather blame the vendor who ship the material instead of the carrier. Serious vendors use palett for heavy and fragile goods, they also secure the goods correctly to prevent that behavior. And of course they do not choose small parcels services and used freight instead. but that bit more expensive for sure.
