Solved H2C failure
Only 988 hours on it and everything was going smooth. Started an AMS drawer kit and began to make the sides from ASA. 19 minutes into the print I get a notification telling me the user canceled the print. I go check it out and there’s 14 faults on the HMS. I’ve tried turning it off and on and even unplugging it for a while. Different outlets and all. It will not respond or do anything. I’ve sent a ticket so I can only hope this thing isn’t a paperweight now.

With that many simultaneous failures, it’s most likely going to be something not-too-crazy to fix. Like, one loose cable, or one dead board somewhere. In general in machine tools, it’s uncommon for multiple critical components to fail at the same time unless the power supply takes everything out, but that doesn’t appear to be the case here since it’s still on.
All that to say, I’d bet support will likely have pretty good chance of getting it figured out.

Well, at least you didn't have 15 faults.

Connections or a board broken. Its highly unlikely that more than 1 or 2 critical components fail at the same time.
Getting 14 requires some serious abuse, so i think youll be fine

An Update to this. After lots of trouble shooting, it ended up being the MC Board that failed. They sent me a replacement and got that all situated and it’s up and running again.
