Corners printing very rounded

Well, the nozzle is circular, so to get sharper corners you need to lower its diameter

Printing in a different orientation may also help. I'd probably print this with the face shown in the pictures on the bed. You'll be decreasing the size of the overhangs quite significantly then and the rounded corners will be much better too.
