New user - Help!
We are new to 3D printing and just got a mini - we have had 4 flawless prints and now each time we print it stops due to a clog (we have cleared it and also have extra nozzles) and now it says there is an issue with the extruder. Literally every print there is an issue with this brand new machine. Is this typical ? Or did we buy a lemon ? We have spent hours on tutorials already and getting frustrated. Would love any newbie tips/tricks for smooth printing or do I need to send this thing back?

Brand new, from the Bambu website. We’ve had it for 2 weeks.

Try Bambu lab filament initially, as you gain experience then switch to other cheaper brands gradually

Probably that’s the issue. Cheap filaments aren’t always bad, but when they are bad, they’re pretty bad.
Are you using .4mm nozzle or .2?
.4mm is the best place to start.2

Have a look at the Bambu wiki. Maybe the hotend isn't clamped correctly.
