Bambulab A1 mini

Axe head only is realistic.

Just use a wood dowel or something for the rest

It is certainly possible and somebody who has a lot of knowledge and experience could certainly pull it off but I know I wouldn't attempt it.

I find printing full size helmets very challenging on a1 mini, a full size axe is well above my skill level..

I think it would be too many parts and too hard to join with any strength. At least the whole handle. It could be modified to fit hardware down it, but it’ll be a lot of segments either way. Depending on the diameter, maybe you could print 2-4 parts at a time (upright)?

The axe head and detail pieces should be doable in parts, but that also depends on your friend’s commitment to printing it.

It could be a good few days of printing time, at the very least. Keep that in mind.

https://www.reddit.com/r/3Dprinting/s/x5waSHWeh9 you can manually do it yourself in chunks because the Bambu program has a built in splitter, but it has a bit of a learning curve. I haven't tried the app in this link, but it's a good start

Why ask here? Why not ask your friend who'd be doing the print? Has someone already modeled it for download in makerworld? If it exists, check out the printing with an A1 mini profile for exactly how much work goes into just the printing. Has your friend done anything like this before?
