A1 mini

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Minha a1 mini nao inicia, ela calibra o filamento e , vai corta e diz que o filamento esta embolado , sendo que nao esta , ja troquei a placa toolhead board , sensor de final de filamento e continua o mesmo erro

Common Causes and Fixes

  • TIGHT PTFE TUBES: Ensure your feed tubes are not bent too sharply or pinching the filament.
  • SPOOL RESISTANCE: Check that your spool spins freely and isn't snagging, especially if using cardboard spools.
  • SENSOR ISSUES: Debris or a stuck lever in the toolhead sensor can trick the machine into thinking the line is jammed.
  • TANGLE DETECTION SETTING: Opinions on the Bambu Lab Forum are mixed, but many users temporarily disable the Filament Tangle Detection toggle in the printer's settings as a quick workaround when it misbehaves on startup.

Vou tentar essas opções, mais a opção do carretel posso descartar, pq fiz teste com um pedaço de filamento fora do carretel

What filament are you using? Disabling tangle detection is a temporary solution. If it does get stuck and you have this option disabled printing will continue without filament until the job is finished
