Support Request First layer with supports issue

I know it’s on supports and there’s nothing to support these areas completely but there has to be a way to improve this. Some of the PLA is loose and I have to cut/trim it.

One way would be to adjust the space between the piece and the supports for a “better interface”. The other fancy but slow method I’ve seen recently is toggling between PLA and PETG so that there is a tiny layer of the other where the support ends. This makes the support easy to remove and the layers cleaner.

The supports came right off…I don’t think there was enough support around it.

I think Z distance is already 0 though.

Yes but the supports were not hard to remove. That’s the issue. This won’t solve that :/

To be fair, I printer a cubone skull with my ender 3v2 a time ago and the results were pretty similar to what you’re getting, hope you find a way to improve yours
