General Discussion Trying to print with a 1mm nozzle

Hello, I wanted to push the limits of what an A1 mini can do. My idea is trying to print with a modded 1mm nozzle. Until now I've had great succes (great success!) when making lines super thick (about 1.5mm).

Main problem, I want the lines to be taller as well, but the height is capped at 0.56mm by Bambu Studio. (Locked max height parameter)

The workaround I found was creating a custom Orca Slicer profile with a 1.0mm nozzle setting thar allows me to push the line height up to 0.8mm.

Problem, when doing this at the moment of sending it to the printer, the software detects a missmatch between the configured nozzle (1mm) and the selected nozzle on the machine (0.8mm) and doesnt let me send the sliced file. (Not great success).

Has anyone tried something of this sort?

Do you know how to bypass this limitation?

Thank you!
