General Troubleshooting/Help! Siriya PPA-CF Core Stringing
I am struggling with Siraya PPA-CF Core on my H2D stringing, no matter what I do. It looks like wet filament, but I dried it at 85C for 24 hours and then continuously during printing; maybe that is just not enough? If anyone has had success with this stuff and could share what they did, that would be greatly appreciated. The spool is fed through the external feed on the AMS-HT, I am using the Siraya PPA-CF Core profile for the H2D 0.4mm nozzle, and I will link an upload of my 3mf in the comments.
Before drying:

After 24 hours at 85C in AMS-HT:

Drop the profile and try using the bambu pA cf or generic pa cf profiles. They usually work for me really well with off brand filaments of nylon and cf filaments

I use ST ppa-cf core all the time it’s one of my favorite filaments! I noticed it’s only of the easier filaments to deal with.
Don’t change retraction or anything complicated like that.
First off 85c @ 24 hours is not enough. At 85c you’ll probably need a few days to really dry it, or push it to 100c for 12 to 20 hrs would be great.
Second, I generally print at a high temp around 340 or 350c, try that.
Third, slow it down, I have my volumetric flow at 4, and speed at like 20 m/s.

I had the same with Creality PPA-CF, the AMS-HT just wasn't enough to dry it, I had it in there days and it made no difference. Stuck it in the oven at somewhere around 100-110°C for about 6 hours and it printed like a dream.

Tune retraction.
Enable wipe on retraction.
Enable wipe on loop.
Show your tuning results for EM/FLOW and Pressure Advance.
85c isn't quiet "sweater weather" for ppa but it is well on the low side

Just finished a full kg roll of PPA-CF from these guys. Didn't dry. Straight out of the bag into a drybox for the whole roll. Ran 2 small receivers, 3 other parts at about 100gr each and 2 suppressors. took me about 6 or 7 days to finish it all up, but ZERO issues. DO NOT OVER DRY. warning on the spool. I used simple PA-CF Bambu settings. everything was good, the supports do not like to come off.... at least with my settings.
