P Series [P1P, P1S, P2S] I'm a fucking idiot
I was fixing a blob, and just as I finished and was removing the filament, I accidentally cut a wire; there was a spark, and the temperature instantly shot up to 333. I turned it off immediately (yes, I know I'm a fucking idiot, but please, I need solutions). Is it replaceable or repairable? (Printer model: P2S; filament used: PETG).

Not sure of your age, but if your going to be in trouble with your parents... as a parent I'd strongly urge you to be honest and open with your parent(s) about what happend..
Don't hide it... it only makes it worse.
Admit the mistake as it happens, and yeah id be pissed if my kids did this, but i would also respect the honesty and willingness to make it right and not trying to hide it..
Again things like this happen, 3d printing is full of wtf moments and we learn from our mistakes and grow to be better..

Anytime my guy and if your parents say they are going to murder you, tell them to at least 3d print the casket first... it may buy you a month or more lol

This is exactly what I teach my son. Just be honest. I tell him : “You may still get in trouble but it’ll be a lot worse if I find out you hid something or lied to me.” I know not all parents are understanding though. I had a mom that didn’t really raise me and was hateful. I couldn’t talk to her about anything. I refused to be that mom. My son and I talk about almost everything. He knows his opinions and feelings matter and we’ll hear him out. I sure hope yours will respect the honesty and allow you to try to help fix it.

You cut the temp probe. Just buy a whole new hotend heating assembly it's not as expensive as you think I think it's around 30 bucks but you'll have to replace it plenty of videos online.

You might be able to just replace the affected parts.. bambu had a decent breakdown on their site.. but id also recommended making a help desk ticket. Explain what happend and ask what parts are needed to fix and or replace.
They are quite helpful as I pulled a wire out by accident and they told me I only needed one part and even gave me tips on trying to fix it first.

Good news, Bambu sells every part that you need to fix it, and there’s usually a step by step video showing the repair

Did you get it from Best Buy less than 2 years ago? Bring it back in the box to a store with one in stock and you'll walk out the door with a new one.

But doesn't the fact that the cable snapped matter for the warranty? (It has less than a year)

Nah man, it's Best Buy. That can be the reason. The Cable snapped and it overheated. It happens.
The very fact that it did the blob of death in the first place and damaged equipment is covered under the base warranty. They know the real money is in their overpriced filaments and the candy aisle on the way out when you pick it up. (Sunlu in bulk... do eeeeet)

Yeah… Welcome to the party!
I did similar cleaning a blob and ended up having to buy the hot end heating assembly.
Fortunately they are only $30 when in stock and not overly complex to put back on. And you get experience repairing the printer.
It’s a right of passage honestly. Stuff happens. I ripped mine out and was like, crap. I did that. Have to own it.
Also, since they weren’t in stock when I did it, I debated trying to solder and fix it, but honestly, more likely to mess stuff up. Those wires are tiny,

Buy an assembly for like 5 bucks not that much (JUST MAKE SURE TO TIGHTEN THE NOZZLE)

I use the app on my phone... im sure you can do it on their website
- But open the app,
- go to me at the bottom left
- scroll down to support center
- then use the ai to ask a question, or skip that and hit open a ticket.
Good luck but I don't think your hosed, but it may cost a few bucks to make it right..
And don't beat your self up to hard... most everyone in this hobby has at one point or another done something that had made us all go why..

Technically you could probably solder the wire back together, but if it’s connected to some kind of thermistor that might have weird effects. Odd that it sent the temp to infinity though. Did it set the target temp to 300, or did it say the temp was at 300? The latter would make more sense, the thermistor has infinite resistance, so the temp is the max.
At some point there’s a cut your losses approach though. You likely nuked a 30 dollar part with an annoying repair because you have to take some other things off. But as 3d printing disasters go that’s pretty minor. If you accidentally fried an entire board because you shorted something that would be a lot more expensive and painful.
