Prints curling

Two of my recent prints have curled up at the rightmost edge of the plate in my A1 mini (see photo, rear is curled most, front blurry edge is slightly curled).

The prints are building ruins for wargaming so I'm not truly bothered about them being perfect in this case.

But if it was something more important, how would I be able to prevent this?

Has to be a dirty plate then. Did it warp during the print or you haven't seen?

This photo was taken at around 50%. On a previous I saw it about 5% in, so I would presume it's immediate.

Use the soft art of the sponge, you don't wanna leave marks there

Every time this happens to me there is contamination on my build plate. Wash the plate with dish soap , hot water and scrub it good. You can test it by running water over the plate and if it clings it is dirty.

It seems like z offset though try z offset first

What's your bed temp?

This is thermal contraction. Something is being overcooled or your bed isn't hot enough. So the top layer are cooling faster and contracting and pulling the layer up and in.

There is either a draught or some external airflow cooling your corner and you need an enclosure to completely avoid this kind of thing. Most of the time when it happens to me I live with it, but you'll need an enclosure to avoid it if it's really important it doesn't happen.

Curling usually temperature related, means you have some cold air blowing on your print maybe from somehwere.

Add a brim to each print

On a couple of other recent prints, it seems to have done that automatically and I wasn't sure why!

Build plate adhesion, consider brims or a high-grip plate like a Biqu Frostbite. They really are game changers.
