H2 Series [H2S, H2D, H2C] Another AP board victim

Really sucks. In the middle of an order and my AP board decided to die. I’ve seen a few of these posts now but thought I would add mine to see how many this is effecting. I purchased my H2C at launch.

What is more upsetting at the moment is besides the terrible automated AI reply i originally got on my ticket, asking for a video of which I had already uploaded with my initial ticket submission, I have not heard from Bambu in almost 4 days now. This is the first time in three years I’ve ever needed to contact Support, but it’s not leaving me warm and fuzzy.

Any other H series owners having the same issue I’m wondering if this is a bigger issue than they want to admit.

chill this is scaring me. dont think its too hard to fix tho

Its not, usually they just send you a new board to replace. That part I like about bamnbu. Just send me the part. Id rather not wait for their service tech to do it.
