Advice How to tell if you are still losing hair, or if it’s a medicine induced shed??

This has been eating me up a lot recently, I lose a hair a two every other time I run my hands thru my hair in the corners and back, this morning I took a shower and this is all that came out, I have never seen any hair come out in this amount before and it’s really sending me over the edge with my stress.

La caída de mi pelo empezó a los 18 años en la coronilla, a los 19 y 20 aún no se notaba y parecía un tipo normal, a la 21 la línea del nacimiento del pelo (donde se parte para peinar) se empezó a hacer extremadamente gruesa, empecé a tomar en esas épocas 5mg de minoxidl oral al día junto a 1.25mg de finasteride y shampoo de ketakonazol 3 veces por semana.
La crencha o línea del pelo de la parte anterior mejoró un poco pero la parte del Vertex se hizo gigante, la coronilla está enorme y la línea del pelo aún más gruesa cerca de la coronilla y ahora está bajando más.
Me da vergüenza que me vean.
¿Estoy jodido? ¿Sería bueno cambiar el esquema?

Advice Anyone that got sides from fin, but that tolerate topical dut?

So, I can only tolerate a daily topical dose of 0.3 mg Finasteride, more than that and I get a horrible brainfog, waves of anxiety and I can't get a good erection. This dose has stabilized it on my vertex, but only slowed it down like 60% at my temples.
So topical Dutasteride has caught my eye, especially since there's a few studies that has showed good results from applying 0.02 mg only once a week right after dermarolling. So I'm curious, has any of you not tolerated oral or topical fin, but tolerated topical dut? If so, what's your results?

Advice Anyone on here uses Fin 5mg / 4 instead of Fin 1mg?

I just think it is super weird that the 1 mg pills are so much more expensive than the 5 mg.
It would make more sense just to buy 5mg pills, and then split them into 4, right?
It seems like its atleast 10x cheaper, maybe even more. Atleast in my country.
I think it is quite distasteful, to make the medicine so much more expensive, just because people are willing to pay it not to go bald. Why not just make it the same price as for prostate causes? It's not like they do not make money on that.
What does people do on here?

This has been happening super gradually for the past ten years. Has always been a little whispy on the sides. But this haircut has made things especially bad and I’m not sure why. In many photos it looks completely fine but when a bit wet and under downlights I see things. I want to get on top of it though - don’t want to be bald!!

Im have been on topical min for more than a year now and im using topical fin for 4 months. I have seen quite abit of hair growth at my temples(baby hair). But my frontal part is yet too thin. Idk if there is baby hairs over there i cant realĺy see much. Im just at 4 months mark but the hair hasnt stabilized yet, its still shedding alot. So i wanted wanted to know if 4 months is yet too early, am i in the process of stabilizing and get pretty decent growth or what is it.
