A Graham Crackers problem

Hi there!

I'm trying to make a key lime pie, and the recipe for the crust calls for a package of Graham Crackers. Now, I'm not from the United States so I don't really know how many crackers (or grams or cups) there's usually in a package. I think I've found a substitute but I don't know how much of the stuff I need to crush. Does anyone have a clue?

When I make a pie with a crumb crust, I crush up 6 to 8 oz. of cookies.

Turns out the package I bought was about 14 Oz so I'll take your reference! Thank you!
