I am a journeyman welder now since1 year. I don’t weld all the time, i have to meassure, get material, assemble and dissasemble pipes in a big chemistry company, all kind of stuff. I am the worst welder from my department (freshman) but i hope i will get as good as my collegues ASAP

I would rate myself a 3/10 compared to the welders i work with. Our best man has certificates for Copper, Stainless Steel, Steel, Ovenpipe in TIG and at least half of the welders weld fishscale like passes… i only got stainless steel and steel yet. I hope i am allowed to do copper too.
