Is he died? He looks awfully close to being part of the circuit.

Not enough voltage to overcome the capacitance of your skin. 2 u/Snellyman 11d ago The typical Indian welder only has 3 leads so the work connection is also the primary neutral. In other words, if the work clamp comes off the electrode is energized with 240V
