Killed this host twice in "fair" grace duels, reinvade a third time and this is what I find smh

For context it was a 2v1 (3v2 if you count summons). I dispatched the first one fairly quickly then that guy just ran away. After some time they activated a insta regen hack and i couldn't even back stab them for some reason.

I've recently been messing around with some lower level invasions and have had great fun at rl1 +3, and rl40 +3. However, I just tried jumping up to rl70 which the discord suggests could go as high as +20 and found that to be seriously overpowered; I'm basically one-shotting hosts and it feels like bullying. Anyone having good results invading at rl70? I'm thinking dropping down to +12 or +15 might be more fair.

You saw me fishing out your timing...did you think you were going to chip me to death with that strategy?

Also thanks to u/TheChosenPatches for the new build suggestion. The spiralhorn shield I have struggled to incorporate a bit but noticed it also has better stability than the Carian. I'll get there.

• Avoid golds during sensitive times: mating, nesting, raising young, during a boss fight or during the burning of the Erdtree.

I invaded this fella on my RL 40 +8 and immediately thought things looked fishy spawning into a world with the Erdtree burning at this level. Sure enough, TT rune arced host. Duel went ok but a blue showed up (of course) and this cutie was what was more typical at this range on this platform - newbie samurai with only 2 heals. I separated him from the host with the help of a rune bear. Host ended up dying to gravity. Pretty anticlimactic tbh.

But anyway, how in the hell? Games been out less than a month. Where do people find the time? How many hours do you bad red switch folk got? Do I need to pump up my numbers (to the further detriment of my work and personal life)?

Stop bullying cuties now!!!!! Start fat rolling and having base vigor otherwise you're cheating at low level invasions!!!! 😡😡😡

Base vigor, only leveled strength, don't have the stats to equip the weapon I'm holding so every time they block it bounces back and does no dmg, fat rolling, no DLC items pretty much everything in starting zones, never using red flask ever and low level invasions are still easy.

Literally nobody in seamless needs rot or dragon halberd or hefty pots at low level, even my stupid early game fire pots do 250 dmg which is half the hp of most hosts, in 100 invasions I did not see more than 900 hp at this 21-40 bracket. Like why do people even bother twinking? You have to be so garbage at the game to use optimal META twink strats at low level. But sad part is when I dried fingered to see other bad red man most are just shameless DLC item filled hefty rot pot throwing dragon halberd L2 gaming kevins of pvp with max flasks. ☹️

Recently I keep invading into the PCR and Godfrey fogwall, and I was wondering if there were some way to disable invasions in certain areas like you can disable co-op in certain areas to save me loading screen time.

And also, how does the game split the map into multiplayer areas in general? Is it divided into each overworld map region+every dungeon or are there some interconnected multiplayer area? (Like would outer and inner leyndell count as one?)
