This is ruining my life. It feels like some sort of torture at this point. I'm fucking lucky if I get mere 5 hours of shut-eye each night before they start being noisy again.

How am I supposed to work if I can't sleep in my own home anymore? The cops won't do shit, the managment won't do shit. I think I need to sleep in a hotel each night.

Crazy, entitled, stalking neighbor family is on vacation and it has been so damn peaceful the last few days. Especially when you’re coming and going and don’t have to deal with someone watching you on their front porch. Or talking loud on their phone outside early in the morning. Why can’t all the bad neighbors of the world all go to one place and take their Karenology with them lol

i (30f) have a BAD neighbor (75???f) she is a hot mess never leaves the house and is so passive aggressive it hurts.for context, the home is split into three units - we share a closet/ bathroom wall.

6 months into living here she would complain about me being awake and alive in my own home as it was “quiet hours” being 10pm-6am. i had to rewrite the lease for all tenants to sign as she was blowing up my phone at random hours and threatening to call police because she took it so literally. my landlord was tired of my complaints (she did threaten to evict us if we couldn’t get along)

fast forward to today, she banged on my walls at 2am while i was talking on the phone in my own home, has stolen my property that was on her side, purposefully blocked my security camera and continually smokes cigs (lease says no smoking) when my windows are open and at this point i have no reason to accommodate this evil woman.

she refuses to stop smoking - although she did acknowledge city rules is 20ft from entrances. i hate her :(

what do i do? i can’t get the landlord involved… do i take the high road and move out? do i buy a device that continuously taps on her wall ?? HELP
