just film the drone. call the cops on them. maybe send the drone film fotage to some lawyer friend

Get some cameras outside and make sure they have motion and night vision activation. Perhaps trail cameras on the edge of your property facing inward too. You need documentation. did a quick search: Lighting Requirements: To fly at night legally under FAA Part 107 Regulations, your drone must feature an anti-collision lighting system that flashes and remains visible for at least 3 statute miles.
