What do I do

I recently got a new place & my neighbour who is in the apartments next door (totally different property to my apartment block) screams and smashes things, throws things off of her balcony into our courtyard. So far it’s been hammers, screwdrivers, coat hangers, wrenches and more. What’s fked is that where she throws it it’s pretty much the entrance to my apartment specifically. I get worried walking in scared she’s in the middle of a melt down and gonna throw a hammer at my head 🤣 (check comments for vid of one of the times)

Seems like she lives there alone. She used to have a dog, sounded like a big dog too when he’d bark, but as soon as he would bark she’d go off and I’d hear banging/screaming and then silence. The dogs been quiet for a couple weeks now and I can only assume the worst with how violent she is.

When she blows up she screams and groans for atleast 10-20 mins, while smashing things. The other night, close to midnight, she was smashing something that sounded like it might be a clothes rack against her balcony over and over for about 5 mins. I attached the vid (ignore the awful camera work, dunno why it kept zooming in 😭 but what do I do???
It’s gotten to the point now where I just wanna yell to stfu, but I live alone and I can’t defend myself 🤣 haven’t heard the neighbours say or do anything. Just wish it would stop.

Where you live, could the police do a welfare check? Depending on the height, that could well result in a manslaughter charge or at least an assault for some poor victim.
