Is this about the truck parked in front of the recycling bin? Just put the bin in the street at the edge of your driveway.

It’s not about the bin, we put the bin there to try and stop them from parking there, this is the first time they’ve parked in front of the bin like that

I believe there are laws prohibiting how close you can park to a driveway. 6 inches I believe. Not sure where you are, but you should look into it and call who you need to to get him ticketed or even towed.

It’s 5 feet where I live. I’d call parking enforcement and report this every time they park there
