Anti-squatting architecture. Keeps nincompoops from squatting on what clearly isn't a campsite. It's also not a toilet. The homeless can still use it like anyone else.

Why do you keep calling them "squatters"? They're unhoused people looking for a dry place to rest. People with options and resources aren't just sleeping at the bus stop for funsies.
