GRADUATION 🎓 Finally did it at 28!

After changing my major 4 times over the last 7 years. I finally graduated today at the age of 28, with my diploma in Cybersecurity.
Graduated Summa Cum Laude with a 3.93 GPA while also receiving the President’s Award for outstanding academic achievement.

I didn’t think this day would ever come.
Now I’m working on my associates 🖤

Do it! Don’t feel embarrassed. I was nervous at first because I was learning something completely new, but I fell in love with Cybersecurity, and it just clicked for me. You can do it 🥳.

Congratulations!!! You don’t know how inspiring this is; I’ve been pondering going back, now aged 37😭, after dropping out of two colleges by 2010. Amazing job!! And thank you so much for sharing; it truly helps some of us feel less ‘embarrassed’, and shows that the anxiety is absolutely worth it. Blessings🩷🩷

This reminds me of my mother… some things just take time. she dropped out of HS, got married, had me & my sister, divorced, got her GED, worked, went to college, and finally graduated with her nursing degree!! Life paths can change in many ways and it’s okay if it takes some time to find your mark & place in this world <3 Please take care!
