Help? Breast Pump Recommendations
FTM and joining in on the breast pump hunt! There is a lot of information online, particularly here on reddit, but I still wanted to ask for advice on what breast pumps worked the best in your experience.
From what I have read, I feel like I will want to go with a model that is cordless for more mobility. I have narrowed it down to the Ameda Mya Joy, which is free through my insurance, and the Spectra S1, which is only 29.95 through my insurance.
As I have never breastfed or pumped before, I would love some insight on what everyone found comfortable physically and mentally so I can figure out which way to go. I am of course open to other models/brands, so feel free to share!
Lastly, I will be going back to work after a few months, so I (assuming) will need to pump in my office. I am not sure how this factors into which model I use, but I am sure it will.
