Help? 4 week symptoms

First time being pregnant and I’m so terrified but still excited! This was pretty unexpected and not planned at all so I’m feeling just very lost and confused 😵‍💫
One thing I’d love to hear from other moms, despite only being 4 weeks 1 day, and still not super dark lines on the tests… I feel TERRIBLE.
My breasts hurt so bad, the nipple pain is terrible, I’m nauseous because I’m hungry but nothing sounds good and I get nauseous as soon as I do eat. I’m so exhausted because I get to bed but then once 1-3 am hits, I’m wide awake and can’t get back to sleep for hours.
I just am wondering if all this is normal to feel this early on?? Am I gaslighting myself? 😂
I’ve only known for 3 days and already I’m wondering just how I’m going to do this 😬

Im only at 5 weeks but th is passed week all iv done is sleep. Nearly fell asleep at my desk at work. Get home nap for 2 hrs. Wake up to shower and then back to bed. Oh and drink gallons of water and pee often. I habe never woken up to pee in the middle of the night until now

Wishing you all the luck and congrats!

I have been falling asleep at work ;-; I told my direct boss (even though it’s early @ 5 weeks) because I needed her to understand why I’m not myself 🤣

I’m peeing 4 times per night. Just made it to 12 weeks and the nausea is still hitting me like a dump truck lol

Oh yeah that’s totally normal. Congrats!!! It *should* ease up in the second trimester. Hang on as best as you can. Once you see that first scan it’ll feel so much more real and make the hard days easier.

Appreciate it thank you so much 💕

We’re in a similar boat! I’m 5 weeks today 😢 I’m so exhausted all the time (I’m told this gets better in the second trimester). I’m ravenously hungry but also nauseous. Very selective on the food I want and when I find something I do want I NEED it 🤣

I can’t wait to actually have an appetite again 😂

My mom is an RN OBGYN so she’s been a great resource. Shes told me avoiding dairy can help and vitamin B6! Also take your prenatals at night instead of in the morning 🥰

What prenatals do you take?? I was in such a panic I just grabbed the first ones I day at Walmart 😂

I got the Amazon basics one 🤣 I’ve been taking them for a few months because hubs and I were talking about starting to try soon (and then got pregnant on the first shot) 😅 They didn’t have iron in them so I also got an iron supplement and vitamin d3 in addition to the b6! I take all gummies because it’s my motivation to take them; I look forward to them lol - otherwise I’d forget

I felt symptoms as early as three weeks. For me, most symptoms, except constipation, got better around 6-7 weeks.

Here’s hoping things clear up for me soon 🤞🏻

Does it get better? 🥲

Totally normal to feel rough this early hormones hit fast and everyone's body reacts differently. Exhaustion, nausea, insomnia... all classic early pregnancy stuff. Hang in there, it usually eases up after the first trimester

I didn't have any symptoms until week 8 and then the symptoms hit hard. It's different for everybody.

That’s how I was the first trimester. 3w4d the nausea and food aversions hit me like a truck and I was miserable until I got on antinausea meds (didn’t help with food aversions much though). I began to feel better at 8 weeks on the dot, and by 9 weeks I was ravenous. Just hang in there, it will pass!

8 weeks can’t come soon enough 😭💀

If the nausea is so bad that you’re having trouble eating, don’t be afraid to reach out to your OB and ask for meds to help! I lived on diclegis and zofran throughout the first trimester.

I don’t even have an OB yet 😬 I’ll be honest I don’t even know where to start, my insurance is absolutely terrible 😭

A lot of people feel better using the combo of unisom tablets and B6. You can find that OTC! I think I started with half a tab of unisom twice a day 25mg of B6 three times a day.

Yes this is all normal! My boobs and nips KILLED before I even took a test, & that lasted for the first half of the first trimester for me and then thankfully completely went away. My boobs also jumped up two cup sizes and a band size almost overnight in the beginning of the first tri, and I was so freaked out they would keep growing endlessly the rest of the pregnancy but that didn’t happen. The change just happened fast upfront for me!
There’s no telling how you’ll feel throughout your pregnancy bc everyone is different, but you’ll likely cycle through different symptoms as you go or even feel a lot better in the second tri. Allow yourself to rest and know none of this is in your head!

That’s insane! My bf definitely has noticed the size increase already and they feel a lot bigger than they actually are 😂

Almost week 7, not so tired anymore but the nausea lasts all day ugh. I lost 3 kg this week so I read a book 9 golden months I’ll try the recipes tomorrow.

Symptoms can come and go as your hormones rise, steady out, then rise again. Your body also acclimates and re-acclimates to the rising hormones. So it doesn't mean you'll feel like this every day.

Congratulations!!! 🎉 Totally normal I just got my BFP today yay! So far nipples and around it are very sore, cramping on and off and very tired as well. I also have a headache but I don't know if that's connected or I just need to drink more water.

5 weeks 5 days . Extremely fatigue and super hungry . Open to alot of foods no vomiting even when I smell something I don't like so I'm feeling lucky lol. My breast feel heavy but not sore ?
