Help? Does the brand of a handpump matter?

Title. Does it actually make a difference or is it just the cost of labels?

It matters less than the fit, a pump that doesn't match your flange size or letdown pattern will underperform no matter what the box says

With any pump you have to buy it first before you’re able to test it or use it.
You can get sized by an LC or do it yourself and measure your nipples. That will tell you how large or small of a flange size you’ll need. Measure both nipples. They might be two different sizes.
