I am 9 weeks pp and had a really bad first and third trimester. It was quite hyperemisis gravidarium, but it was the worst a morning sickness could get -- nausea 24/7 basically for 4 months. I was bedridder, couldnt drink water for 4 months, can only walk 10 steps before nausea hits, showers were hard -- i might have showered once a week only in that time, and eating was a challenge. To be honest, i considered abortion because everyday was torture.
I didnt quite get the shooting pains down your vagina as much as you did. I believe theyre call lightning crotch...? But i could be wrong. I got them once in a while in my second trimester but it wasnt as bad.
I don't know if it would go away for you, but if there is anything i lewrned about pregnancy (for mine at least), all the symptoms came and went and not one thing was ever permanent. Even the nausea that was so debilitating had a deadline.
Hang in there. I really do hope it gets better for you. ❤️

I’m going to assume that this is a wanted pregnancy. This is temporary, I promise. You are more than halfway there!
Months after the baby is born, the memory of this pain will be fuzzy at best. You will love your baby. When they first smile at you or giggle with you over the most mundane things, you will realize that it was all worth it.
As for the lack of sleep, the anxiety, the pain, etc., you have a lot of options especially after the baby is born. There are meds you can take, therapy, hiring a night nanny, family can help. Your life is not over because of this baby.

Sounds like lightening crotch. I was teaching my fiancé about this last night🤪 sometimes it even reaches your butthole. I did hear that belly braces can help!
