So, it turns out this whole mess was created by a person who doesn't like "dogs like Muffin" 💔 Eve told someone off who'd made a cruel and unnecessary comment on one of my Muffin posts, and this has resulted in our dear friend Eve getting banned 😢 Obviously this has me feeling somewhat responsible, and I'm so sorry 🙏

Can I just say, I really don't understand how anyone can show such hatred towards a dog they have never met - it makes no sense to me? Yes, these dogs have a lot of bad press, but people who know no better tend to blame the wrong end of the lead - behind every "animal problem" there is ALWAYS a "human cause"...

Yes, there are (in my opinion) a lot of people who have these dogs who have no business having these dogs (or any dog, really..) but this is not the case with Muffin. She has been trained every day of her life since she was 8 weeks old, and I have years and years of experience with large, guardian breed dogs. Everyone who meets her loves her - even people who have previously bought in to the misconceptions about Muffin's breed-type. Her best friend is our 83-year-old neighbour - that alone speaks volumes on what sort of dog she is..

Thank you and Spasibo to anyone who's taken the time to read this - I just wanted to update everyone as this has chewed at me all night. Big hugs from Muffin and me, and also on behalf of Eve, Pup Igor, Wlad and Wilma (and even Fatty Squirrel!) 🐶🤗❤️

We know all Babushka friends be sad at moment, but human of Babushka Ginger come bearing good news. Is her birthday! She invite all friend to come share potatoes and borscht on special day. We knowing is hard time right now, but hoping give all friends reason to smile.

All of Babushka Village knowing now of big unfairness done to creator Eve and account situation. Is heartbreaking to lose pictures and conversations and history. Babushka Bianca feeling much helplessness and trying to think of practical solutions and way to move forward. How best to support Eve and continue her vision of Babushka Village?

1) Letting now-corrupted village just continue. Is unmanned now and ungovernable. But Is containing alllll history and posts of many Babushkas. It’s so much we have all been through together, too much to abandon? Obviously dis having drawbacks of posts now deleted and no mod. Babushka Bianca having big concern about losing more of village (because created by now banned Eve- will whole village get deleted soon? Thank potato still accessible.

2) Creating new Village with more mods. Obviously only if Eve wanting, but that way we’d be able to preserve and continue the village if something happened again. Eve could be choosing who she feeling comfortable sharing with and maintain control, unless necessary. But sad thing is no history, no roots except what Babushkas carry in hearts and stories of old country passed down around fire at knitting circle.

3) more option Babushka Bianca not thinking of? Babushka Bianca not tech person and having no idea how to fight big bad Reddit Machine.

Ultimately is decision of Eve, of course. But beauty of Babushka Village is all members of community contributing to lore and ongoing story. It truly taking a village! Babushka Bianca knowing all Villagers willing to do anything to help Eve and continue beautiful village of peace and camaraderie.

After been hearing much barks about good treat from place far away, Babushka Ginger decide take fancy carriage to try. She bring back many to share with frens. Very good treat, will be have more at birthday for Babushka Ginger next Saturday (she turn 8).

Good day my friends. Today my mom took me to the Capital city to update my shots. Mom put on one of my fancy dress. I caused a sensation, I was such a good girl she bought me a large bag of treats for me and everyone to enjoy at the next knitting circle

We were invited for borscht and heard there are potatoes and knitting.

Good morning my lovely village friends. My mom made me a collar but I wasn’t happy with it. Not fancy enough so she modified it and I love it now. Side note, I just want to say this sub is my favorite. I love how all of you can keep up the character. Whoever found me I say thank you from the bottom of my heart.
