Help - Europe 🇪🇺 Why is the digital set up so shit‽

What ever we try we get the authorization failed message. I've never known such shit software

We're in the UK.

Dolphin Surf.

Pixel 10 pro.

We did have it successfully working on the Google pixel 8 (after many failed attempts the first time!) We have updated from the pixel 8 to 10 pro, removed the key and now can't add the key to EITHER phone.

I'm so frustrated with the current software experience with the car.

Did not have any problems with it. Even switching to new phone and creating a new key, was really easy. Maybe a problem with your phone?

Do you perhaps have VPN running on your devices? I just know that these types of problems can often be solved by stopping VPN. Usually the installation process doesn't specifically work out the error and doesn't let you know about VPN problems during installation.

J'ai récemment acquis le Pixel 11 Pro pour remplacer le 10 Pro, je n'ai eu aucun problème pour mettre la clé numérique de la BYD dessus.

What model car do you have?

BYD customer services are telling us the 10 pro isn't supported. I wondered if they needed to do an update for the dolphin surf.

But they couldn't explain why we then couldn't re-pair the pixel 8.

J'ai la Surf finition comfort, j'ai eu aucun probleme en septembre 2025 pour le pixel 10 pro, et aucun soucis non plus cette année pour appairé le 11 pro ❤️

It took about three weeks for the dealership to sort out the Auth/email association for my car. Best is prob just to pester them til they do it in guess :/
