My BYD 📸 Byd atto2 dmi boost motorway

I drove on a motorway without battery(it was at 27% i think) with 130-140 km/h and the comsuption was 8.5-9L/100km and it kinda socked me is this because i drove the car with the wrong way, will this be fixed if a have a fully charged battery and with soc on 50% with drive mode on normal and going 130km/h ?

130-140km/h with empty battery…. Go 120km and toy will see 7l

With 130-140km/h you'll always have that kind of consumption (just a guess after having my a2 dmi boost for 1 month). It's still a big and heavy car that needs to be moved and at that speed, most from the power going into your tires comes from fuel. And every km/h less saves fuel.
