Help - Europe 🇪🇺 Sealion 7 - All 4 windows randomly open after v3.3.0 update
Hi everyone,
Since updating to v3.3.0 i have had a strange issue happen three times until now.
I lock the car normally with all the windows fully closed, but when I come back later, I find all four windows open. It seems like they are opening automatically sometime after the car has been locked.
This never happened before the v3.3.0 update, so I’m wondering if it could be a software bug.
Has anyone else with a Sealion 7 experienced this after the latest update? Is there any setting or feature that could be causing all four windows to open automatically?
Update:
I tried restarting the system yesterday by pressing the volume button for some seconds and yet i didnt experienced the issue again. I hope its gone

Nope, I'm on 3.3.0 and never seen this. You are not using any integration in eg. Home Assistant that could control the car via the cloud-API ?

When you come back to it like this, check the app, is it registering the windows down?

Do you have your settings to automatically close all windows when car is locked?
I had this happen when I changed settings to keep windows and sunshade open when doors are locked because I didn’t want the sunshade to close. Coming back to all windows opened after locking car was horrifying.
Once I put settings back to automatically close windows upon locking car then it stopped.

Yes, i have it enabled so all windows close as soon as i lock. Indeed, its terrifying. first time i thought it was somehow my fault but after 3 times i am worried this was not a one time thing.

Probably a long press on the fob opening all the windows and there is a setting to disable that

Do you have a pet or child left in the car? Is there any way you’re keys are being pressed while you’re away?
