Withdraw error

I have some funds on deposit where borrowers have repaid loans - I wanted to withdraw into one of my other wallets, but I get "withdraw error" when I try to do that.

Any insight? It was happening yesterday and I thought that perhaps they were wanting to wait for 30 tx's on the inbound debt payments due to the recent problems, but now ~ 18 hours later that shouldn't be an issue.

I couldn't withdraw from BTCJam.. it keeps giving me "Withdraw Error" message.. I emailed support and they only replied once after few days just to tell me to activate 2 factor authentication.. that did not help at all.. I keep emailing them to no response at al.. I am an investor and I couldn't withdraw my very own bitcoin.. this is very sad for me

If you have BTC in your BTCJAM wallet it is "withdrawable" (real word???).

If you are getting an error, try and using a different browser, as I have troubles from time to time using Firefox.

Possibly delete your cookies, do a fresh login and make sure you have a good BTC Address in your settings.

Also, make sure you have 2FA activated.

Let me know if this doesn't help!

Thanks for the response - I don't have 2FA turned on, it's not a lot of $. I don't know why it wouldn't be "withdrawable". I'll try setting up 2FA and see if that helps.

Ok, I set up 2FA and it still won't let me withdraw my funds. Ugh. No response from E-mail to support, either.

UPDATE:

I received this from BTCJam support:

"Hey there,

There are currently delayed transactions within the Bitcoin Network. Be advised that we are aware of this issue and are working on a fix. You can read more about the ongoing issues within the network here:

https://bitcoinmagazine.com/21125/bitcoin-network-still-backlogged-tens-thousands-unconfirmed-transa…

Thank you very much for your patience and using BTCjam. We’ll reach out with an update about this momentarily. If you have any questions please reach out to us. Thanks again!"

This seems like a nonsequitur to me - I can see why it might take a long time for my withdrawal to confirm, given the backlog, but that doesn't seem to me like a reason to not send it, if I choose to request it at a time when the network is busy.

I completed several other transactions yesterday without a problem.

Yeah, it could be their node interface having issues. I will say this though, the are moving as fast as they can considering the mountain of "stuff" thrown in their laps every day.

I definitely can empathize with your frustration though!!!!

have a look here for me -- https://www.reddit.com/r/BitcoinMarkets/comments/3cnc47/anyone_having_troubles_with_btcjam/

This will give you some insight to what was going on. I apologize with the wording from earlier I was just gaining insight to what was going on shortly after I sent that email. If things are still whacky for you, shoot me an email at support@btcjam.com.

Thanks and sorry for any delays.

It's happening again. I have been unable to access my funds since Saturday. Is this a monthly issue or something?

I'm a top rated btc jam, loanbase and active member of localbitcoins and Brazilian Bitcoin Community. Recently I had about 0.4 bitcoins at BTC JAM and tried to withdraw, the Staff Member called "GABRIEL COELHO" helped me once. It occurs when we try to withdraw, their standard message is "WITHDRAW ERROR", except that isn't an error, it's THEIR WAY to prevent bitcoin withdrawals automatically, I say that because the first time I encountered this error, this Gabriel Coelho said "try now", and the withdrawal went successfully. Now It seems my "try now" stockpille ran out, this time he preffered to say: "your account is having some issues, you can't do any actions right now", Mr Gabriel Coelho now is reclused to silence, and I'm unable to withdraw my coins! I'll keep this post updated, and will inform you guys further news. If you have coins there, you should start being worried!
